Graduate instructionTeaching | Advising | Ottoman Turkish
Since my arrival at Michigan State University, I sought to establish myself as an educator of graduate students. In addition to teaching several graduate-level seminars in history, I am also the primary and a secondary/committee adviser for a number of graduate students in the Department of History and in other departments and colleges at MSU. In addition to teaching and dissertation/thesis advising, I have also enjoyed working with some highly motivated graduate students who are seeking to acquire Ottoman Turkish skills in order to enable their research. |
